Planning workteams have been formed and are working to develop plans in each of the following areas:

Communication - consider the manner with which our members wish to be communicated and develop plans to improve our communications effectivenes.

Evangelization - consider the ways in which members are brought into the commumity, how those relationships are nurtured and develop plans that will result in more engaging enry into our community for new Catholics, newly registered members and those already in our community who might be better engaged.

Faith Formation - consider plans that will assure our parish is providing meaningful faith formation experiences which engage, instruct and inspire our members.

Hospitality - consider the experience of parishioners in our faith community and develop plans which encourage a stronger bond to each other, our parish and God.

Liturgy - consider our parish expression of the Church's liturgy and how to inspire full, consious and active participation that is life-giving, nourishing and transformational.

Serving & Volunteers- examine the ways opportunities to serve are made known, how people come to engage their time and talent, and how the experiences of our parish volunteers can be enhanced.

Stewardship and Parishioner Support- examine our stewardship practices to achieve an appropriate balance among time, talent and treasur for support of our Church; develop plans which enhance the use and care of our parish resoures; and identifying how we can improve in caring for each other as members of the Body of Christ.
